The right wheel for the right luggage
A suitcase doesn't get heavier simply because it gets taller. As luggage increases in size, it also carries more load—which changes how the wheels need to support and move the case.
That's why HYVL doesn't use one wheel size across the entire collection. We engineered the wheel system around the dimensions and intended load of each case. We custom-designed reinforcement to fit the shell and the wheel system.
20" – 50 MM
Sized for the compact carry-on.
24" & 28"–60 MM
Larger wheels are proportioned for larger cases and higher loads.
All HYVL cases use Hinomoto Japan's dual-spinner 360° bearing wheels for smooth, controlled movement.
